WTB Shield Handle of Devotion

As title say, I'm looking for a max Shield Handle of Devotion,
possibly +44 instead of +45 but most rather +45.
I dunno price but name it and I'll probbly take it as it seems to
be hard to find one of this type. No auctions(don't know 'bout
Guru, but I don't like Guru so..) anywhere...

No more spores needed, but if you get a handle, I might still be interested,
as I just got a +44, and might want a max

Is the Devotion mod +xx Enchanted? cause I believe I've got one of those stored Surprised
