forum access

Just to let you guys know, in light of recent vent intruders, i have changed the forum permissions so that only signed up members
of the forum can view and read the alliance chat (where the vent details are).
I also now get e-mail notifications of new members signing up on the forum, so i can check that no one is abusing the forum to get details.

If for any reason you need to post details that you don't want anyone outside of the alliance knowing let me know first so i can
change the viewing permissions, that way we shouldn't have any more problems.

Also, i have changed a few things such as:

* You can now unsubscribe from the forum (lord knows why you would want to do that!!)
* Birthday reminders are up now so you might just see people's birthdays coming!!
* For the moderators, we can now add event calenders on the forum.

So yeah! Good stuff!
